Click Tactics Announces Britemoon Release 5.2 for Marketing Automation and Email Execution Now Available

Upgraded platform enables marketers to automate, coordinate, and better target email and multi-channel communications to drive more relevant marketing and more profitable results.

Boston- December 6, 2004 - Click Tactics, Inc. today announced the availability of Britemoon Release 5.2 and Britemoon 5.2 for Microsoft CRM - the first release since Britemoon joined forces with Click Tactics, Inc. in October, 2004. The primary benefits of this release are improved campaign creation efficiency and increased marketing automation ROI, with enhancements to messaging, approval workflow, campaign, content, database and deliverability features and functionality.

Release 5.2 introduces new technology for planning, testing, execution, and workflow approval processes. It also adds new and enhanced features to the profile and activity-based multi-channel marketing automation solution and optimizes email deliverability and performance.

Specifically, with Britemoon 5.2, marketers can now:
  • Create approval steps and initiate email alerts to users who are required to approve certain aspects of a campaign prior to send-out as part of the campaign workflow process
  • Facilitate communications between users and system administrators using homepage bulletin board controls
  • Review detailed data reconciliation reports including send-out statistics simultaneous to campaign launch
  • Better analyze and test dynamic content, with enhanced dynamic content testing functionality that automates and streamlines the testing process and improves personalization testing accuracy
  • Improve management, maintenance and reporting of user accessible preference forms with selective newsletter subscription functionality
  • Automate content and image loading and automate content feeds (e.g., RSS) from external websites
  • Distribute and manage images through an image library
  • Increase deliverability rates as a result of SPF and Sender ID support for the dominant authentication initiatives (AOL, MSN and Hotmail)
  • Reduce time-to-market for campaign creation - with simplified import/export processes, enhanced templates, automated image referencing and link testing, and wizards
Release 5.2 further enhances the closed-looped communications capability of the increasingly open and flexible Britemoon platform. Marketers can create, integrate, and leverage website data capture forms, whose submission can initiate real-time, automated, direct mail, email and telemarketing responses. Using web services, marketers can easily integrate -- and act on -- multiple disparate sources of customer data and automated content feeds with the Britemoon platform. Based on integrated, unified customer views, they can then respond to customer activities across channels with fast, personalized emails and other communications (e.g., telemarketing, direct mail) as well as view individual histories and track customer activities across channels - to improve campaign ROI.
