Britemoon Release 5.0 for Closed-loop Email and Marketing Campaign Management Now Available
New platform enables marketers to automate, coordinate, and better target email and multi-channel communications to drive more relevant marketing and more profitable results.
Boston- March 15, 2004 - Britemoon Corporation today announced the availability of Release 5.0 of its flagship Britemoon email and multi-channel campaign management platform. Release 5.0 introduces new technology for planning, testing, executing, and analyzing multi-tiered, multi-channel, event-triggered campaigns - for a complete, closed-looped communications capability. It also adds new and enhanced features to the Britemoon profile-based email marketing capability and optimizes email deliverability.
The closed-looped communications capability is based on an increasingly open and flexible Britemoon 5.0 platform. Marketers can create, integrate, and leverage website data capture forms, whose submission can initiate real-time, automated, multi-channel responses.
Using web services, marketers can easily integrate -- and act on --both multiple disparate sources of customer data and multi-channel campaign reports with the Britemoon platform. Based on integrated, unified customer views, they can then respond to customer activities across channels with fast, personalized emails and other communications (e.g., telemarketing, direct mail) as well as view individual histories and track customer activities across channels - to improve campaign ROI.
Specifically, with Britemoon 5.0, marketers can now:
- Produce multi-channel, multi-tiered, event-triggered campaigns using Britemoon or external information sources
- Automatically send exports from Britemoon to external sources including direct mail houses and call centers
- Better analyze campaigns and create, test, and produce more effective campaigns within Britemoon - with tools for data mining, drill-down reporting, reporting across multiple sources, and marketing sample testing
- Track customer click-streams from emails and web forms, measuring conversion transactions and associating information with individuals to enhance profiles
- Manage and automate campaign workflow and tasks
- Increase campaign relevance through more complex targeting and dynamic content - for greater customer loyalty and better revenues
- Integrate with and act on customer/prospect information from external databases and customer touch points - via web-services
- Reduce the labor of marketing campaigns - with simplified import/export processes, enhanced templates, automated image referencing and link testing, and wizards
- Optimize email delivery by checking content before distribution against a comprehensive list of spam-like features used by spam filters to evaluate emails
