Emarketing Account Manager
As a member of the Britemoon's Client Service team, you will be the primary day to day client contact who manages the implementation of online marketing programs for our growing base of Agency partners and Fortune 500 clients. Work directly with clients to define requirements and create specifications to be used for implementation by our technical staff. Manage all aspects of projects including developing functional campaign specifications, budgets, project plans, documentation and timelines.
Work with technical architect and technical service representative to optimize the use of the Britemoon platform as well as review projects for accuracy, detail and adherence to project specifications while managing clients' expectations during all billable project stages pre- and post production.
Must be able to communicate and work well with a wide range of functions, including other project managers, developers, technical architects, business partners and existing clients.
Requirements:
Account Management & Customer Service Skills:
- 2-5 years of successful project management, ideally in an enterprise software environment
- Building customer relationships, demonstrate product proficiency, troubleshooting, accurate evaluation of customer needs
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to juggle several simultaneous projects
- An ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills in a technical environment
- Working knowledge of database marketing and Customer Relationship Management tools
- Working knowledge of HTML is helpful but not required
Team Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
- Team oriented values, a positive, energetic attitude & accountability for work
- Ability to learn new skills and apply them quickly
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day project development
- Communication between client and Britemoon project team
- Creating Project Proposals, Statements of Work, and Project Specifications and Plans
