Britemoon brings Email Marketing Campaign Management to Microsoft Business Solutions CRM
Technology enables marketers to create, automate, manage and track the effectiveness of customer and prospect marketing communications programs
Boston- April 9, 2003 - Britemoon Corporation announced today that it has been named a Microsoft(r) Business Solutions independent software vendor (ISV) partner. Britemoon will provide Microsoft Business Solutions CRM customers access to a proven email marketing campaign application that has been adopted by many of the world's largest and most successful marketers, agencies and database marketers.
Britemoon will, as a certified Microsoft Business Solutions ISV partner, integrate its easy-to-use email marketing software with Microsoft CRM, enabling users to create and manage marketing campaigns directly from their Microsoft CRM application and get real-time actionable measurement delivered across their organization.
The fully integrated solution will enable mid-market companies to maximize the effectiveness of their marketing programs by:
- Capturing, analyzing and responding to individual customer and prospect activity
- Integrating and leveraging customer and prospect CRM data to drive ongoing communications
- Providing a closed-loop communications channel, enabling real-time response and event-triggered campaigns
- Identifying and fulfilling cross and up sales opportunities
Britemoon for Microsoft CRM has a very intuitive and simple user interface that allows for email campaign creation, segmentation, management and tracking. Britemoon's back-end database is seamlessly integrated with the Microsoft CRM SQL server environment. The technology is also very flexible as the platform is Web-based and can be hosted by Britemoon, eliminating the need for any hardware investment. Alternatively, the platform can also be licensed from Britemoon, enabling a partner or end-client to host all or part of the system.
