Britemoon Privacy Policy
Internet user privacy is of paramount importance to Britemoon and our clients. We support the protection of client and consumers' privacy rights as a fundamental element of our business. Since personal privacy integrity is at the very core of our business, our success depends implicitly upon our ability to maintain the trust of the people viewing our products. To this end, we have two overriding policies:
Client Data Policy: As our client, you have exclusive ownership and rights to your subscriber data.
E-Mail Recipient Policy: Before clients can use Britemoon's technology to send email, that client must commit to us that their recipients have agreed to receive such email messages. Any e-mail recipient may request at any time to be removed from the clients' list, and we will comply with that request within one business day. In addition, we will thoroughly investigate any allegations made by e-mail recipients relating to unsolicited e-mail.
Website Data Collection & Usage
Britemoon is the sole owner of the data collected on our website. We do not sell, share, or rent this data. Britemoon collects this date and uses it exclusively to send only appropriate information to users who request it.

Log Files
Britemoon uses IP addresses to monitor and administrate our site and collect data to analyze trends. IP addresses are not linked to any personally identifiable information. Log file data that Britemoon collects may include browser type, IP address, URL accessed, status code and number of bytes returned.

Britemoon's website contains links to other sites. Britemoon is not responsible for the privacy practices of these sites. We recommend users read the privacy statements of each website.
Opt Out
All email communications sent by Britemoon have clear instructions on how to unsubscribe from future communications. This can be accomplished in several ways, including clicking on the unsubscribe link within an email or replying to the email indicating you no longer wish to receive communications.
Security Statement
Along with privacy, security is of utmost importance at Britemoon. Therefore, substantial investments have been made in Britemoon's technology platform including high-end servers and hosting, database applications, and security technologies.
Notification of Changes to our Privacy Policy
When a change to our privacy policy occurs, we will post a notification on our homepage. If there is a material change to personally identifiable information, the user will be notified by email and they may opt out.
Anti-Spam Statement
Britemoon practices permission-based email marketing. We do not send unsolicited email or work with companies who do so. If you feel that we're not abiding by our posted privacy policy, you should contact our privacy manager by email at privacy@britemoon.com.

Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our website.
Our Clients
Britemoon's online and email marketing campaign platform offers significant flexibility to our clients to create, manage and measure the effectiveness of their communications and CRM programs.
In some cases Britemoon assists our clients by collecting subscriber demographics and profile information to assist in providing subscribers with the most relevant possible content. Britemoon supports delivery of the email with sophisticated tracking technology allowing our clients to send personalized and targeted communications to their audience. Britemoon also provides our clients with the ability to analyze data and transfer this data back to the client. Britemoon does not own the data collected and cannot use it for its own business purposes or in any way not authorized by our client.
Clients also use the Britemoon application on a self-managed basis to deliver their own email campaigns. Britemoon has a strict policy against using our application for sending unsolicited email. Britemoon reserves the right to terminate any client that doesn't adhere to a strict opt in permission policy.
